I purchased a used Lafayette Instrument polygraph system from a 3rd party. Can I still receive product and software support?

Yes, product and software support is available to customers who have completed our Transfer of Ownership process. The transfer process involves filling out our online form and paying a $150 transfer fee to cover updates, lifetime tech support, and any product warranty still available.
