Warning- Polygraph Files (PFs) collected in LXEdge 1.2 and later will NOT open on older versions of LXEdge. PFs collected on earlier versions of LXEdge will be able to be opened and reviewed in LXEdge 1.2 and later.

LXEdge 1.3.3

Released: December 17, 2025

Bug Fixes

• On systems with FIPS enabled, some question set templates would not open and could have all questions removed.
• On systems with FIPS enabled, charts would not appear in PF printout.

LXEdge 1.3.2

Released: November 25, 2025

Note: Version 1.3.2.18 fixes a bug introduced in Version 1.3.2.17 where some systems may encounter issues with printing a chart.

Major Updates

• Added ability to show Detrended EDA data, both for new and previously recorded charts. A setting (defaults to disabled) determines whether Detrended EDA is available for selection.
• Major overhaul of Scoresheet-related code
• In Scoresheet views, break up DLST question sets into presentations
• Added button to mark all sensors as artifacts at once for a given question
• Major improvements to appearance of Scoresheet printout
• Replace “Combine Pneumos” setting with “Single Pneumo Scoring” setting that allows scoring both Pneumos together as a single sensor.

Minor Updates

• Implemented showing messages to user for various conditions related to LX6 lease.
• Automatically update LX7 hardware to Firmware version 1.25.11.3 if an earlier version is currently installed.
• Added a “Notes” field to the Scoresheet
• Added setting for number of reviewers to show on Scoresheet. The default value is 2 and allowed range is 0-10
• Moved the NS (No Score) option to top of scoring dropdown and initialize to NS
• Added ability to print multiple Scoresheets at the same time (e.g. Examiner and Reviewers)
• Removed the “Utility Function” from scoring settings
• On the Scoring settings tab, the “Simple Cutscores” setting will now remain enabled when changing “Scoring Type” from “ESS” to something else and back to “ESS”
• Added “Chart Review Overlay” setting that determines what is initially shown on left side when chart ends. Options are “Scoresheet”, “OSS3”, and “None”. This replaces the “Display Scoresheet” setting that had been removed in 1.3.0.
• Added “Hide Navigation While Recording” setting that determines whether to hide the PF navigation bar (on left side of chart) while chart is running. Even if shown the navigation bar will be disabled while chart is running.

Bug Fixes

• Prevent rare crash related to calculating statistics for “Chart Info” that could occur when ending chart
• Charts would fail to load when sensor data stream was terminated mid-packet
• When previously present “Combine Pneumos” setting was disabled, pneumos were able to contribute up to +/- 2 to a question’s score when the maximum value should be +/- 1.
• A comma in the PF name would cause the “Documents” folder to be opened instead of the expected folder when attempting to open the Attachments or Export folder.
• Related to Upload functionality:
  • Users would be forced to rename when uploading PF that had previously been uploaded and was still present in the upload folder.
  • Setting that determines whether stripping is enabled was missing on this tab. If this setting was disabled on the PF Tools tab, it would cause stripping to not occur even if options were checked on the Upload tab.

LXEdge 1.3.1

Released: October 29, 2025

Major Updates

• Added support for Single Issue Screening Test (SIST).
• Moved the Audio/Video settings to be a new tab in the Settings tab.
• Initial support for LX6 Leasing.

Minor Updates

• Improved the visibility of question set names on the Question Set template page.
• Assign question set type while importing question sets from LXSoftware.
• Disallowed saving question sets that don’t have the question set type assigned.
• Start allowing the Response Onset Window to be enabled or disabled in Settings when reviewing charts.
• Added setting to allow modifying colors associated with the positive and negative results for RLE and PPG tools.
• If on the Devices tab, auto-select DAS that is connected for the first time.
• Re-implement averaging of EDA data as it is received. Averaging had been replaced with decimation in version 1.2.

  • Added 3-way control to allow for involuntary artifacts
  • Updated reports to display Kruskal-Wallis information.
  • Prevent the Pneumo weight from showing 0 for DLST in the top right section.
• Added CSV Export.
• Modified so the Pulse Amplitude Time (PAT) trace goes down when the PAT value goes up.
• Flatline the cardio trace when value is below 5 mmHg.
• Stop showing the heart rate while running chart. It was working inconsistently. Heart rate can be viewed using calipers during chart review.
• Added setting to adjust the chart background color.

Bug Fixes

• A message about DevExpress being a trial version was incorrectly appearing at the top of reports
• Under specific circumstances, audio/video recordings would be placed in incorrect location outside of PF. This would occur when starting new PF with recorder already open and “Prompt to start recording at PF start” setting enabled.
• Set the “Shrink chart to fit on a single page” setting to default to “Off”.
• Resolve issue that prevented navigation to Scoresheet when in Spanish mode.
• Under unusual circumstances, an error could occur when e-mailing or archiving a PF.

LXEdge 1.3.0

Released: September 5, 2025

Minor Updates

• When printing Scoresheet or OSS-3 Report, add attachment item to PF if it does not already have one.
• Added setting to enable/disable the LX7 backlight.
• Automatically create the PFs folder when a new LXEdge Directory is selected.
• Renamed PTT to PAT (Pulse Arrival Time).
• Replaced 120 Hz as allowed data rate for LX6 and LX7 with 90 Hz.
• Hide PF navigation bar while chart is running.
• Unselect simulator when selecting any other device.
• While NCCA import is in progress, show wait cursor and prevent navigation.

Bug Fixes

• Questions in Scoresheet printout and ESS report and printout could be out of expected order.
• Adding items to a series while chart is running would lead to undesired consequences.
• Attempting to navigate to a different chart while chart is running could lead to charts with duplicate names.
• Under rare circumstances, NCCA export files could incorrectly contain many rows of missing data alternating with valid data.
• NCCA import would fail when navigating to home page before import was complete.
• NCCA import would fail for charts that contained question labels ending in "IR".
• User was able to rerun a chart that was running when Windows Task Manager was used to shut down LXEdge.
• Automatic firmware update was not working.
