Why is the video portion of the LXSoftware failing to run?

If the video app does not run and there is no "LXVideo failed to start" error message displayed, also try to run the "Transfer Files via FTP" menu item under the "Tools" menu.

If the file transfer manager app does not run either, it is likely the .NET framework is missing/corrupt or that your anti-virus program is blocking it. Request IT support if you need assistance with resolving these potential issues.
