How do I properly use (score) the RLE and PA tools?

Question Last Updated on: 11/1/2016

3 STEP SCORING RUBRIC FOR RLE/PA TOOLS IN LXSOFTWARE 11.6+

  1. Click on the RQ, if the RQ data are stable and not artifacted
  2. Look at the CQ(s) to get the score, if the CQ data are stable and not artifacted
  3. When scoring, use the greater CQ response and go up, not down (favor the examinee); choose 0 over -, and choose + over 0 and -

Examples: If one CQ is white and one is green, green is used and a plus is assigned. If one CQ is red and another is green, green is used and a plus is assigned.

Additional Info: the on-screen numbers are a score that is calculated from the comparison of the RQ and CQ to indicate the relative difference in response.
