Program Process
1. Initial Sign Up
Fill out the form below to begin the approval process. This program is only available in the United States.
2. Program Approval
Participants must recognize that the instrument is fully owned by Lafayette Instrument Company until the lease terms have been completed. A formal signature process will be required to continue.
3. Make Initial Payment
Purchase of an LX6 Vital Parts Kit, setting up a recurring lease payment plan, and first month's payment are required to continue.
Trade-in Availability
Trade in any eligible polygraph and receive the Vital Parts Kit and two months of lease payments free of charge.
4. Set up Payment Process
The monthly payment will be drafted the same day of each month until the terms of the lease are completed. Lease Program prices are subject to change, but monthly payments will not increase during the life of the lease.
Instrument Function
Instrument function is contingent upon lease payment, and overdue payments may result in temporary disabling of the instrument. To maintain full function, once per month the instrument must be connected to a computer with Internet access. Once the lease terms have been completed, the instrument will be fully unlocked.
5. Own the Instrument
Fully own the system after 36 months. A buy out option is also available.
