PF Tools tab has been added
- PFs can be copied or moved to alternate location
- PFs can be deleted and emailed
- PFs can be archived into a zip file and restored from said format
- Data stripping options have been clarified and are now located on this tab instead of in system settings
Voices available in the "Time & language -> Speech" settings in Windows settings can now be used for speech synthesis in LXEdge
Video recorded outside of chart times can now be reviewed in a Multimedia reviewer window inside LXEdge
Behind-the-scenes overhaul of chart-related code

Chart Info tab now provides more information
- Starting/Stopping Cardio cuff pressure
- Starting/Stopping/Average EDA resistance
- Chart end time
Re-enable ability to combine charts
Allow editing of Personal History and Series information unless PF has been locked. Editing was previously prevented once a chart had been run.
