Minor Updates

• Completely removed the “Center All” button and function. It had been inadvertently re-enabled while running charts starting in version 1.1.5.66.

Bug Fixes

• When reviewing in a later version a chart that had been created in version before 1.1.6.23, questions and other annotations would be missing from chart after time of a “Center All”.
